Bay Area Underpinning came in recently and re-leveled all of the screw jacks in my floor both leveling the floor and getting rid of any unwanted noises. They did a great job thoroughly professional the foreman Aaron was wonderful not only did he do a great job but he was a pleasure to have around the house. Kudos also to Will Clark, who was totally responsive and professional throughout. Highly recommend this company.

Bay Area Underpinning is OUTSTANDING!! Cody, Andrew, Francisco, David and their underpinning and concrete teams did exceptional work installing underpinnings to stabilize our house, then replacing the concrete patio that had to be removed to do the stabilization. Everyone on the teams were efficient, courteous, highly skilled, and thorough. I cannot recommend Bay Area Underpinning highly enough- through each step of the process, from the initial assessment and work quote, to the work and follow-up itself, the staff and crews of Bay Area Underpinning ensured that I was informed, reassured, and we’ll take care of. They were thoughtful about doing their work efficiently and cleaning up after the work was completed. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They rebated me back money on something that I would have known about but Mike was honest enough to tell me. Very impressed. Call them they did a great job!

From my initial consultation with Rick DeSoto to the work performed by foreman Raul, and his team Jonathan and Demareon, this was the best possible experience in working Bay Area Underpinning for the first time. The crew was professional and adjusted the leveling jacks (and even added a couple as was needed) with care and great attention. Pricing was very reasonable too. I'll never trust any other company to do this type of work at my home. 100% satisfied with the work and my interactions with the crew. A+ work performed = A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
