They were communicative, polite and professional at all times. They were happy to answer any questions that I had prior to and during the process of underpinning my home and were quick to provide clarification and explanations to any of my concerns that I had during the job. I recently scheduled an inspection after concerns around my foundation and worked with Jim Rivera on my home. Jim was super helpful and knowledgeable in assessing the severity of my foundation issues, while also assessing other parts of the home that might be contributing to potential damage in the future. I was surprised how helpful he was in helping me understand different scenarios, planning for near-term/long term fixes, and putting my mind at ease over the foundation issues. I'd definitely recommend working with Jim and his team!

I booked the inspection appointment with Bay Area Underpinning to fix my house foundation problem. Brain came in right on the time we had appointment. He was very detail oriented and explain all the problem of my foundations. He also proposed multiple fix plan customized to my situation. He was very friendly as well. Definitely recommend their service. Very professional.
