Last week, my car cut off while exiting the highway in Dixon, and I was stranded in a dangerous spot. Fortunately, your employees who were driving a Bay Area Underpinning truck, Erick Baez, Jesus Vallegomez, and Wesley Almaza stopped to help. They worked hard to try and troubleshoot my car and even pushed it out of the street to a nearby gas station while I waited for AAA. Their professionalism, kindness, and respect were incredible. I'm so grateful for their assistance, especially since I’m a woman who was alone in an unfamiliar area in the evening. Thank you, gentlemen!

I will sleep much better tonight. I noticed a crack in my foundation and called Bay Area Underpinning. Hunter came out and walked the entire property and went underneath. He identified one other issue that I knew about besides the crack and told me they could fix that too. I had no idea you call structural engineers for chimneys. His quote was fair to me and you can't beat the warranty. Today Jesus Villagomes and Erick Baez came out and fixed the crack, they also looked around underneath and reassured me AGAIN that my house was in good shape. Because I caught it early they were able to fill the crack and then add a carbon fiber exposy seal. They also sealed the crack from the outside, even though they had already filled it in under the house. They were professional, answered all my questions, no matter how many and honestly were just pleasant to work with. They also explained my maintenance plan so I knew what to expect. I would absolutely recommend this entire team, to stay professionally kind in high heat is amazing.
