This involves injecting a special polyurethane foam under the slab in order to lift it back up. It’s less expensive than replacing the concrete and the repair is over in no time.
Crawl Space Screw Jack Replacement
Sometimes it happens that a homeowner will contact us thinking their foundation is settling, even though there’s nothing wrong with the foundation. The culprit is usually either deteriorated screw jacks or settled support posts in the crawl space. This is easy to fix. We use the existing pier locks and then remove/replace the posts or screw jacks. The floor can then be lifted back up.
