Foundation Lifting

Signs your home’s foundation might not be level anymore include sloping floors, and doors and windows that are no longer in alignment. We can use heavy-duty steel push piers to lift the foundation back up to its original position.

Helical Piers

Helical piers get their name because they’re shaped something like a corkscrew or a spiral staircase. They’re quick and easy to install, and perfect for projects needing a deep foundation. They’re also less expensive than traditional concrete piers.

Drilled Concrete Piers

If your home is situated on the side of a hill and you’re noticing settlement problems like sloped floors, cracked drywall, and doors and windows that are hard to open, you may have a problem with settlement caused by soil movement. This happens because the soil that was supporting your foundation eventually – over time – can make its way downhill. When this happens, it can destabilize your foundation. We use concrete piers – drilled deep down into the bedrock – to re-stabilize the foundation.

Polyurethane Foam Injection

Over time, concrete sidewalks and other types of concrete walkways can sink due to soil movement under the slab. This can be caused by a variety of things including expansive soil, invasive tree roots, and drainage problems. Because un-level concrete is both a safety and a liability issue, it’s something you’ll want to fix right away.

The re-leveling process involves injecting a special polyurethane foam under the concrete in order to lift it back up again. It’s a minimally-invasive procedure and less expensive than replacing the concrete. You can also use the sidewalk or walkway immediately after the repair has been completed.

Crawl Space Screw Jack Replacement

It sometimes happens that a homeowner notices signs of foundation settlement even though the foundation is sound. When this happens, the problem is usually related to screw jacks that have gone bad, or settled support posts in your crawl space. We use the existing pier locks and just remove/replace the posts or screw jacks. The floor can then be raised up again.

Foundation Replacement

The good news is that most problems with your home’s foundation can be repaired. However, every now and then, often because of extensive damage, it’s just not cost-effective to repair a foundation. In these cases, the foundation needs to be replaced. We do both full and partial foundation replacement.
