Foundation Lifting

Common signs of an un-level foundation include doors and windows that stick because they’re out of alignment, and sloped floors. We use heavy duty steel push piers to lift and stabilize the foundation.

Helical Piers

Helical piers look like giant screws and are used when a construction project needs a deep foundation system. They’re less expensive than concrete piers and can be installed in no time.

Drilled Concrete Piers

Homes that have been built on hillsides often experience foundation problems caused by soil movement. This happens because over time, the soil that was under your foundation at the top of the hill, eventually migrates downward, and ends up at the bottom of the hill. You’ll notice sloped floors, problems with doors and windows, and cracks in drywall. We can use concrete piers – drilled deep down into the bedrock – to stabilize the foundation.

Polyurethane Foam Injection

Concrete sidewalks and other types of walkways often experience soil movement under the slab that causes them to sink. Sunken concrete paths of any kind are both a safety and a liability issue.

We re-level concrete slabs using a minimally-invasive process known as ”slabjacking”. This involves injecting polyurethane foam under the slab in order to lift it back up again. It’s less expensive than replacing the concrete and the walkways can be used immediately after the repair procedure is complete.

Crawl Space Screw Jack Replacement

Sometimes homeowners notice problems with doors, windows, and floors, even though their home’s foundation is perfectly sound. This usually happens when either the screw jacks have deteriorated or the crawl space support posts have settled. We fix this by using the existing pier locks, and then just removing/replacing the screw jacks or posts. The floor can then be lifted back up again.

Foundation Replacement

The good news is that most of the time foundations can be repaired rather than replaced. However, every now and then it’s just not cost-effective to repair a damaged foundation. We do both full and partial foundation replacement.
