Foundation Repair Services in Pleasant Hill
We’ve been taking care of foundation problems in Pleasant Hill since 2005. To date, we’ve successfully repaired over 2700 foundations in Northern California. We offer…
If your floors are sloping, and you’re having trouble opening doors and windows, you might have an un-level foundation. We can fix that using heavy duty steel push piers to lift it back up again.
If you have a construction project requiring a deep foundation, helical piers are a great choice. They’re easy to install and less expensive that concrete piers.
Drilled Concrete Piers
Homes situated on the sides of hills will sometimes develop foundation problems because of soil movement. This happens because all that soil at the top of the hill – and under your foundation – can eventually make its way down the hill. If this happens, you’ll start to notice typical foundation problems like sloped floors, and doors and windows that stick. We can re-stabilize your foundation by drilling concrete piers deep down into the bedrock.
Polyurethane Foam Injection
Uneven concrete, whether it be a sidewalk, driveway, or pool deck, can be both a safety problem and a liability issue. We can easily lift sunken concrete using a minimally invasive process that involves injecting a special foam under the slab in order to lift it back up again. It’s less expensive than replacing the concrete and as soon as the repair is complete, you can walk on the slab.
Crawl Space Screw Jack Replacement
It sometimes happens that a homeowner will contact us reporting signs of foundation trouble, even though – upon inspection – the foundation is perfectly sound. This often happens when either the screw jacks have deteriorated, or the supports in the crawl space have settled. We repair this by using the existing pier locks, and then just removing/replacing the screw jacks or posts. The floor can then be lifted up again.
Fortunately, most foundations with problems don’t need to be replaced, they can be repaired. However, every now and then – for various reasons – it’s not cost-effective to repair a foundation. We do both full and partial foundation replacement.
