Yes, foundation problems can cause a lot of stress for homeowners. That’s why we make it a point to ensure that your foundation repair is as stress-free as possible. We’ll explain – in detail – your particular foundation problem, how we’re going to repair it, and why we’ve chosen a particular solution.

Foundation Repair

Are your home’s doors and windows hard to open and close? Have you noticed your floors sloping? If so, you may have an un-level foundation. We can lift and level it via heavy duty steel push piers.

Helical Piers

Need to quickly install a deep foundation? Helical piers are what you need. They look something like big corkscrews and are a cost-effective alternative to traditional concrete piers.

Drilled Concrete Piers

Homes built on hillsides can experience foundation destabilization caused by soil erosion. This happens because soil can – over time – gradually make its way downhill. We can re-stabilize the foundation by drilling concrete piers deep into the bedrock.

Polyurethane Foam Injection

Ever tripped over an uneven concrete slab such as a sidewalk, driveway, or pool deck? It happens all the time. Concrete can become un-level for a variety of reasons including invasive tree roots, drainage problems, and issues with expansive soil. Because sunken concrete is both a safety and a liability issue, you should repair it immediately.

We can easily raise and re-level sunken concrete via a minimally-invasive procedure known as ”slabjacking”. This involves injecting a special polyurethane foam under the slab in order to lift it. It’s less-expensive than replacing the concrete, and you can start using the slab again immediately after the repair is complete.

Crawl Space Screw Jack Replacement

It’s possible to have signs of foundation settlement even though your foundation is completely sound. This can happen when either your screw jacks have gone bad or when the support posts in your crawl space have settled. No need to worry. The problem can be easily solved by using the existing pier locks and then removing/replacing the screw jacks or posts. The floor can then be lifted again.

Foundation Replacement

And now for some good news. Your foundation probably doesn’t need to be replaced. We say that because most foundations with problems can be repaired. However, every now and then – for a variety of reasons, a foundation does need to be replaced. We do both full and partial foundation replacement.
