Foundation Repair

Are your windows and doors hard to open? Floors sloped? These are signs of a foundation that isn’t level. Usually, this is due to settlement and can be fixed using heavy duty steel push piers to lift the building back up.

Helical Piers

Helical piers look something like big screws. Because they’re fast and easy to install, they’re the perfect choice for construction projects that need a deep foundation. They’re also a cost-effective alternative to concrete piers.

Drilled Concrete Piers

Are you living in a home built on a hillside? If so, you might be noticing things like sloping floors, doors and windows that are no longer aligned, or cracks in your drywall. This happens because the soil under your home eventually makes its way downhill and this causes the foundation to destabilize. Concrete piers drilled deep down into the bedrock are used to stabilize the structure.

Polyurethane Foam Injection

Concrete sidewalks and other types of walkways can sink due to problems with drainage, tree roots, or expansive soil. Since uneven concrete is a safety hazard, this is something you should fix right away.

We can re-level concrete walkways using a minimally-invasive process known as ”slabjacking”, or polyurethane foam injection. As the foam under the slab dries it lifts it back up again. It’s less expensive than replacing the concrete and as soon as the repair is finished, you can use the path or walkway again.

Crawl Space Screw Jack Replacement

There are times when you notice signs of foundation settlement in your home even though the foundation is perfectly sound. This is usually because you have deteriorated screw jacks or when the support posts in your crawl space have settled. We can use the existing pier locks and just remove/replace the posts or screw jacks. The floor can then be leveled back to where it was before.

Foundation Replacement

Sometimes it’s just not cost-effective to repair a foundation. This can happen when the damage to the foundation is extensive. We offer both full and partial foundation replacement.
