Foundation Lifting

Signs of an un-level foundation include sloped floors, and doors and windows that are out of alignment. Usually, an un-level foundation is due to settlement. We fix the problem via a process calling underpinning that uses steel push piers to lift the building back to its original position.

Helical Piers

Helical piers get their name because they’re shaped like giant screws. Because they’re fast and easy to install, they’re great for any construction project needing a deep foundation system. They’re a less expensive alternative to concrete piers.

Drilled Concrete Piers

If your home is situated on the side of a hill, you might be experiencing foundation movement due to settlement. This happens because all that soil eventually – over time – makes it way downhill. Problems include doors and windows that are out of alignment, sloped floors, and drywall cracks. We use concrete piers – drilled deep down into the bedrock under the foundation – to stabilize your home.

Polyurethane Foam Injection

Are your concrete sidewalks or walkways sinking? This happens when expansive soil, tree roots, or drainage problems cause movement under the slab. It’s a safety hazard that could turn into a liability issue if someone gets hurt.

We can re-level the concrete using a quick, minimally-invasive process that involves injecting polyurethane foam under the slab in order to lift it back up. It’s less expensive than replacing the concrete.

Crawl Space Screw Jack Replacement

There are times when you see signs of settlement even though your foundation is perfectly sound. This happens when either your screw jacks have deteriorated or your crawl space support posts have settled. In these cases, we can usually use your existing pier locks and just remove/replace the posts or screw jacks. The floor can then be lifted back up again.

Foundation Replacement

Although most foundation problems can be repaired, there are times when it makes more sense to replace the entire foundation. Maybe this is because the damage is too extensive or perhaps a repair wouldn’t be cost-effective. We do both full and partial foundation replacements.
