Foundation problems are something every homeowner dreads. Foundation Lifting

Sloped floors and doors and windows that stick are signs of an un-level foundation. Settlement is the most common reason for this. Fortunately, it can be easily fixed via underpinning which uses heavy-duty steel push piers to lift the foundation back to its original position.

Helical Piers 

Helical piers get their name because they’re shaped like helix. So, they’re sort of like giant screws. They’re easy to install, and the perfect choice for new construction projects that need a deep foundation system. They’re a cost-effective alternative to concrete piers.

Drilled Concrete Piers 

Homes built on hillsides can experience movement caused by foundation settlement. This is because, over time, the soil under the foundation makes its way downhill. When this happens you’ll see problems like sloped floors, doors and windows that are hard to open and close, and small cracks in drywall. We can fix this problem by installing concrete piers deep into the bedrock under your foundation in order to stabilize it.

Polyurethane Foam Injection 

With time, concrete paths and sidewalks can settle. This is caused by a variety of things including drainage problems, tree roots, and expansive soil. Uneven concrete walkways should be repaired as soon as possible to avoid liability issues. 

We re-level concrete via a minimally-invasive process called polyurethane foam injection. We inject the foam under the concrete and almost immediately it expands to many times its original size and as it does, it lifts the concrete back to where it was before. There’s no waiting after the process is complete. You can walk on the concrete immediately.

Crawl Space Screw Jack Replacement 

Sometimes, you’ll notice foundation settlement signs even though your foundation is perfectly sound. This is usually caused by screw jacks that have worn out or crawl space support posts that have settled. We can often fix this particular problem using the existing pier locks and simply removing/replacing the posts or screw jacks.

Foundation Replacement 

While most foundation problems – even serious ones – can be repaired, sometimes the damage is so extensive that a foundation replacement is needed. We do both full foundation replacements and partial foundation replacements.
